This hotel is a hidden gem located in a peaceful suburb just a short drive from Rome. The quiet neighborhood offers a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and there are even nice restaurants within walking distance. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the basic amenities provided in the rooms to the extra fresh fruit that can be added upon request. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the breakfast is simply delicious.

Spent Christmas at a lovely B&B with amazing rooms and very helpful staff. Enjoyed the beautiful room with a deck and comfortable seating area to relax. Breakfast was wonderfully presented with more than just your typical Italian sweet dishes; a great way to start the day. Bonus points for the location; close to a grocery store, nearby restaurants, and easy access to public transportation.

The hotel is situated in a quiet suburb about 30 minutes away from Rome, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The location of this cozy B&B is perfect for those who want to be fairly close to FCO airport, but also close to the beach. the beautiful Ostia beach is just a short drive away. the rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated, with clean and comfortable bathrooms. the breakfast is tasty and satisfying, and the hosts go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. the pool is enormous and surrounded by lush greenery.

The view from some of the rooms might not be as breathtaking as some guests would like, but the lovely interior design more than makes up for it.

We had a great stay at this B&B during our city trip. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, which made us feel comfortable during our entire stay. The pool area was fantastic, giving us a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the location was quiet and close to nice restaurants, making our dining experience very enjoyable.

Though we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor things that we disliked about the B&B. it would have been nice to have a kettle in our room to make tea.

I loved thenice and neat rooms that were beautifully decorated, as well as the excellent hotel facilities with a huge swimming pool that I enjoyed. The location was perfect for me, with easy transportation and being close to the beach. The staff were friendly, cute, and very helpful and relaxing. The breakfast was also fresh and tasty, a great way to start my day.
